Taking a main point of verifying food raw materials and detecting forgery and falsification technique!

Agency for Korea National Food Cluster held a second workshop of The Korea National Food Cluster - Campden BRI technical guidance for 50 resident and interested companies over 12th and 13th.

The theme of workshop was the technique of verifying food raw materials and detecting forgery and falsification of food raw materials. Europe's prevention of forgery and falsification of food raw materials and detection of inorganic arsenic in food were conducted in a theoretical and practical form of detection techniques that quickly analyzed inorganic arsenic in food without the use of expensive HPLC.

In particular, a strong point of this workshop was conducted in the form of practical workshop where participants can experience detailed analytical method of inorganic arsenic in person.

Campden BRI, U.K., installed a research institute branch in The Korea National Food Cluster last year, and now it is a research institute specialized in food products that has 2,500 company members from 75 countries worldwide, including global food companies such as KELLOGG’s, HEINZ, and Danone.
