주사 탐침 현미경

장비설명 :: 시료표면과 탐침사이의 미세한 원자력을 감지함으로써 시료표면의 형상을 측정SPM은 나노기술로 제조된 Probe를 사용하는데 이 Prove는 Prove의 모판substrate 끝에 아주 미세한 힘에서 쉽게 휘어지는 판형 스프링cantilever 끝에 원자 몇 개 정도의 크기로 끝이 가공된 탐침tip을 붙였다. 이 Probe tip의 끝을 샘플 표면에 근접시키면 끌어당기는 또는 밀어 내는 여러 가지 힘이 샘플 표면의 원자와 tip 끝의 원자 사이에 작용하는데 이 힘에 의해 cantilever의 휘어짐이 발생하고 이 힘이 일정하게 유지되도록 하면서 귀환회로에 의해 정밀 제어 하면서 각 지점x,y에서 스캐너의 수직위치를 저장하여 샘플 표면의 삼차원 영상을 얻을 수 있다.

장비설명 :: 반도체 분야에서 박막증착공정을 위해 널리 사용되어지고 있는 장비이며장비는 항시 chamber 내의 진공을 십의 마이너스칠승 이하로 유지하고 있는 고진공을 뽑을 수 있는 장비임.진공을 뽑기위한 chamber 와 박막을 증착시키기위한 sputter gun, 박막을 쌓기 위해 substrate 으로 구성. 또한 고진공 chamber안에 sample이 들어가기전 load lock chamber에서 1차적인 진공을 뽑을수 있는 장비로 구성.현재 십의 마이너스칠승이하의 진공을 유지하며 여러 박막을 층착하여 실험을 진행하고있음load lock chamber 에서 sample 로딩후 sputter chamber로 이동. 이후 각 sputter gun 에 장착되어있는 금속및 비금속물질을 substrate에 증착시킴.
